REGISTER TO RUN/WALK

  1. Pricing for those 11 and older is $20/person for an individual registering, $15/person for a team (group of 4-10) registering together. Children 10 and under can participate for free, but will not receive a shirt.

  2. Team information packets must be submitted by Nov.6th, 2015 with all money and forms in order to receive t-shirts.

  3. Late registration is available after this date in two forms:

    1. Click Register button, print out the registration form. You can mail in packets and payment to William Mason High School, or bring them into the front desk with attention to DeeDee Messer from Nov. 7th - 13th. Please remember that if you register late you will not receive a t-shirt and price increases by $5 for each respective category listed above. Day-of registration is available (cash or check made payable to Mason City Schools) but again, without t-shirts and with a price increase.

  4. Payment for regular registration is online - Easy Pay. Late and Day-Of Registration is cash or check only.

  5. A team captain with contact information must be provided on the attached sheet

  6. ALL RUNNERs must pay and submit registration by Nov. 6th for regular registration, Nov. 13th for late registration, or November 21st for Day-of Registration. Attached Student EMA’s or adult EMA/Permission must be printed out, completed,and brought on Race Day. These forms must be given to us during Check-in. All students Grades 12 and under must fill out Student EMAs even if they are 18 (children 10 and under must also have a filled out EMA if they will not be in a stroller/wagon for the event).
